    We visit your home to take professional measurements, capture "before" photos, and discuss your design goals.

  • THE DESIGN BOARD

    Our team creates a custom design presentation featuring mood boards, space mock-ups, and specific product recommendations tailored to your space.

  • THE SELECTION VISIT

    Join us in-store for a 60-minute guided walkthrough to experience pieces firsthand, feel the fabrics, and finalize your selections. By the end of your visit, your selections will be ready to cart and purchase.

  • ORDER & INSTALL

    Once your purchase is complete, we’ll coordinate delivery and installation, with your designer guiding the final placement and styling of your space.

How long is my design board valid?

Due to high inventory turnover, your custom design and quoted pricing are subject to change. To guarantee stock and pricing, we recommend finalizing your order during your Selection Visit.

When can I expect my project to be completed?

You’ll receive your personalized design board within 2–3 business days of starting. After we finalize your choices together in-store, you could have in-stock pieces in your home in as little as 2–7 days. Because quality takes time, special orders generally have a lead time of 60–90 days.

What happens during the In-Store Selection Visit?

This is a focused, 60-minute appointment where we finalize the textures and comfort of the items in your design. Because we curate the best options for you in advance, there is no need to spend hours scrolling through our website—we’ve already done the hard work for you!

What if I need changes to the design?

We include one complimentary revision to ensure the look is perfect. Additional major revisions or re-designs after the 10-day window will incur a $75 re-selection fee.

Can I bring my partner/spouse?

Absolutely! We highly recommend that all decision-makers attend the Selection Visit so we can finalize the order and lock in inventory on the spot.
