At The Salt + Light Home, our goal is to provide a white-glove experience from start to finish. Every order is handled with care, and our delivery process is designed to ensure that your pieces arrive safely and beautifully.
White-Glove Delivery:
We offer white-glove delivery for a flat fee of $150 for all furniture orders. This service includes assembly, placement of furniture, and removal of all packing materials prior to delivery. Orders consisting solely of accessories are subject to a $30 delivery fee.
- You will receive a courtesy pre-call the day before scheduled delivery and when the delivery team is en route.
- Someone 18 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Please ensure that the path is clear and that there is sufficient space for placement.
- Our delivery team cannot move or remove existing furniture.
- If a scheduled delivery appointment is missed, a $75 rescheduling fee will apply.
Please note that once an item has been delivered and signed for, it is acknowledged as received. Any return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and are subject to inspection and approval in accordance with our Return Policy.
Client Pick Up:
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
Order will be available for pick up at The Salt + Light Home Flagship:

If your order has not been picked up within 14 days of purchase, items may be returned to inventory. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
Backordered Items:
If an item is on backorder, this will be noted during the checkout process. Backorder dates are estimates and may change.
