At The Salt + Light Home, our goal is to provide a white-glove experience from start to finish. Every order is handled with care, and our delivery process is designed to ensure that your pieces arrive safely and beautifully.
White-Glove Delivery:
We offer complimentary white-glove delivery for orders of $1,000 and up. This service includes assembly, placement of furniture, and removal of all packing materials prior to delivery. Orders below $1,000 are subject to a $75 delivery fee.
- You will receive a courtesy pre-call when the delivery team is en route.
- Someone must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Please ensure that the path is clear and that there is sufficient space for placement.
- Our delivery team cannot move or remove existing furniture.
- If a scheduled delivery appointment is missed, a rescheduling fee will apply.
Please note that once an item has been delivered and signed for, it is considered accepted in good condition, and our Return Policy will apply from that point forward.
Client Pick Up:
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
Order will be available for pick up at The Salt + Light Home Flagship:

If your order has not been picked up within 14 days of purchase, items may be returned to inventory. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the purchase amount to the original payment method minus restocking fees.
Lead Times & Backordered Items:
Lead times vary by product and are listed on each product page above the “Add to Cart” button. If an item is on backorder, this will also be noted during the checkout process. Backorder dates are estimates and may change.
