Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every piece you bring home. Each item is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our store.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:

All unfulfilled items—including case goods and upholstered furniture—may be refunded or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Once an item has been delivered and signed for, it is acknowledged as received. Customers have a 3-day period from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be in new and unused condition.

All return or exchange requests within this 3-day period are subject to inspection and approval prior to processing.

Upholstered Items:

Upholstered items are covered under a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery for verified manufacturing defects only.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@thesaltandlighthome.com. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Restocking Fees & Final Sale Items:

- Rugs and lighting are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned unused and uninstalled (within the 7-day unfulfilled window).
- The following items are final sale from the date of purchase and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled: Custom furniture, Mattresses, and all Discounted items.
- Other restrictions may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Our team inspects every item prior to delivery and pick-up. However, if you receive a damaged or defective piece, please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a resolution.
